Corruption in two wheeler license issue

Most people in Tamil Nadu apply for a license through a driving school and avoid the written or on-line test. Surprisingly the application form also is filled by a driving school instructor.Almost all the applicants pay money to a driving school, visit the regional transport office to sign the register and get their learner's license. Driving schools should not be allowed to interfere in the application process”.
