The three stars – Vijay, Jiiva and Srikanth – took up a style test just ahead of the beginning of the shooting of the 3 Idiots Tamil remake. The shooting is to begin on December 6^th 2010 in Dehradun and all the three actors were spotted at a studio in Chennai.Enquiries revealed that director Shankar had scheduled a style test for Vijay, Jiiva and Srikanth at different time slots and wanted them to try out various hairstyles and looks.Shankar is planning a swanky look for the stars and sources say that Vijay can be expected to take Tamil Nadu by storm with his appearance in this remake.

Saif Ali Khan’s intense involvement over his own production ‘Agent Vinod’ seems to have affected his other projects. It is evident that Saif didn’t sign any new projects after commencing ‘Agent Vinod’, which is produced under his home banner of Illuminati Films. He was supposed to kick-start the shooting of ‘Race 2’ next year in June, which is reported of being postponed to November.Sources reveal that Saif Ali Khan has different looks for ‘Agent Vinod’ and ‘Race 2’. Hence it is difficult to work on both the films at the same time.‘Race’ was a box office blockbuster in 2008. The filmmaker duo Abbas-Mustan has spent 3 years on the script table for the sequel. ‘Race 2’ retains the same star-cast which includes Saif Ali Khan and Anil Kapoor, while Akshay Khanna will be replaced by John Abraham.
